January 14, 2002 Dear Valued Partner, MGF Industries has been a valued supplier of superior quality wire to the Aerospace, Automotive, Commercial, and Industrial fastener and related steel industries since 1973. On December 21st, 2001 MGF began operating under an "Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors." An agreement was put in place by the assignee to continue operating the Los Angeles, California facility while the Rockford facility ceased production. I am very pleased to announce that on January 9th Wiretech, Inc. was the successful bidder for the Los Angeles facility. With the successful bid for the company we have maintained the basis for our success and the only change you will see on January 14th will be to our name. While we will now be known as WireTech; the location, equipment, and raw material all remain the same and most importantly all existing employees and management of the Los Angeles facility are in place to ensure continuity of the personalized service and quality manufacturing of your products that you are accustomed to. Vital to the success of the past 28 years has been the personal relationships and partnerships that have been developed with each of you.
